How to Achieve Debt-Free Living The Soonest and Reconstitute Your Life

November 27th, 2009 | Posted in Loan Consolidation

Even before the global economic crisis hit, I was already very much concern about becoming debt free on my own. I have dwelled in a thought of providing my chldren’s needs by using several credit cards as I am a single mother of three. I am also trying hard to get caught up with my mortgage and car loan repayments.

One of the lowest points in my life was when my son Ted got hospitalized. I paid for his hospitalization and medication out from my own pocket since he was not covered by my health insurance. At that time, the banks denied me on my loan applications and that my credit cards were cut into half. I was really so helpless that I had to literally beg for help from my friends and my family just to get my son out of the hospital. I finally realized that something must be done about my situation. I told myself to be taut in using my money and finances and be sure to pay off my debt the soonest for my children and sanity’s sake.

The truth is, achieving the resolution towards a debt-free living is not that easy as anyone would think it is. I felt that on my own, I was not really getting any things done. Then one time, one of my officemates joined me for coffee and shared details on Mr. Money Helper, a website providing tips of getting out of debt fast. He mentioned that he is now getting back on track after following Mr. Money Helper’s advice.

I was frantic when I visited the website of Mr. Money Helper. The site was filled with details and tips as to how a person can get caught up with all his debts immediately. I even purchased Michael Beninate’s “How to Get Debt Free Fast” e-book. I know that I spent my money on something that is worth it. I am delighted that my house was spared from the wave of foreclosures brought about by the financial crisis since I was able to make payments for my monthly dues.
